Eligibility for Refund

  • The refund request must be made within 1 day from the date of the session.
  • The session must have been paid for in full.
  • The request must be accompanied by a valid reason for the refund.

Refund Process

  2. Our team will review your request and assess its eligibility for a refund.
  3. If your request is approved, we will initiate the refund process.
  4. The refund will be processed using the original payment method, and the amount refunded will be based on the pro-rata amount of the remaining unused sessions.
  5. Please allow 7 working days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Exceptions

  • Refund requests made after the specified timeframe.
  • Refunds for sessions that have already been completed.
  • Refunds due to a change of mind or personal preference.
